630adfc50b Update shim to 16.1 (x64, aa64) 
Use OL10 shim.
For ia32 we're stuck with shim 15.8, distros don't support it anymore.

82abb0c120 Update shim to 15.8 
Use RockyLinux shim, they have all variants (x86_64, aa64, ia32).
After Windows update KB5041585, the old shim SBAT is not accepted.

Fixes #197.
