 		3b9817b1bf feat: add option to disable cache pruning (#134)
Update Major Minor Tags / Make sure major and minor tags are up to date on a patch release (push) Has been cancelled 
This PR adds an input to control whether or not the cache is pruned
before saving.

Closes #122
