`[2026-06-16]` **#295 cold-recall miss root-caused — UPSTREAM, scope-axis asymmetry.** A self-driven bound cold-recall probe captured the inbound pair via the observe log: Worldtree's recall filter carries `{end_user, agent_self}`; our chunks were `{end_user}`-only; AND-matching dropped everything on `agent_self` → 0 hits.
