Non-breaking (byte-identical to 0.10.0); switched the floor pin → exact `==1.0.0` per the stable-substrate posture. Post-1.0 breaking changes ride a bifrost MAJOR + new wire (v0.7+); a v0.6-pinned consumer is stable indefinitely.
