chore(first-message): update Sindra preset to the holodesk-scene greeting
Replace the terse three-question setup preset with the immersive holodesk scene-open (Sindra already present, sets the same three settings — intensity / mood / willingness — in character). Matches the persona shipped in the soong-lab Sindra redefine. Stays under the 8192-byte authored_content budget; test_first_message green.
