Port meta-forgefirm to Scarthgap

Browse Source 
- LAYERSERIES_COMPAT -> scarthgap
- Yocto 3.4+ override syntax (:remove/:append/:${PN})
- ulfius: explicit protocol=https;branch=master on the git SRC_URI
