v0.0.7 release notes: the text as revised after publishing

The notes were rewritten after v0.0.7 was published: the extensions
paragraph and every item under "Also new". The release page on GitHub
now carries the same text, followed by its "Installing your own build"
section. The v0.0.7 tag keeps the notes as first published.

It adds extension packages: software that is not part of ForgeFIRM, which you install from the control panel and which runs in a sandbox with only what you grant it. Extensions are off until you turn them on. You can upload a package, or get one from OpenGlow's catalog, which lists Visual alignment. A package's own page is on the new Extensions tab. ForgeFIRM is now extensible. New capabilities and features can be created as extensions without requiring major changes to the core firmware. This is intended to promote 3rd-party feature development while allowing the core firmware to remain light and stable. Each extension runs in a sandbox with only the permissions the user grants it. Packages can be uploaded or installed from a new catalog.
