+ Today, I had some trouble installing some pip/python packages at my colo hosted by Cogent in Anaheim.
+
+Pip direct installs were very slow.
+
+The problem was solved by running a local proxy on my windows machine (mitmproxy)
+
+The following command lines for PIP were used to make it work:
+
