## What “done right” looks like
- When adding a plugin, start from `front/plugins/__template`, implement with `plugin_helper`, define manifest settings, and wire phase via `<PREF>_RUN`. Verify logs in `/tmp/log/plugins/` and data in `api/*.json`.
